Salesforce and FinancialForce experience preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Ability to conduct research, data analysis and resolve complex problems. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite advanced Excel skills preferred. Attention to details, accuracy, and reliability. 3+ years of related business experience. Assist with external audit requests and maintain documentation as support. Assist with ad hoc projects and reporting. Document & design more efficient workflows. Prepare and maintain monthly account reconciliations and analyses with timely resolution of exceptions. Prepare expenditure analysis, understanding variances and explaining trends. Assist with the month-end closing process, conducting research and making correcting journal entries as necessary. Prepare and review journal entries for accruals, deferrals, prepaids, allocations, and adjusting journal entries. Provide accurate and timely financial reporting of monthly results and analysis of key variances.
